I had a mixed experience at Hotel Diana. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Puebla, making it easy to explore the city. But my room had its challenges, including no windows and noticeable wear and tear. Overall, it was budget-friendly, which is a plus.

Rooms
5.0
I stayed in a Deluxe King Room that didn't have any windows and had some obvious wear. Plus, the thin doors let in a lot of noise from the hallway and nearby air conditioning. My friend had a Junior Suite with a tiny balcony and could see the cathedral, which was a nice touch.
Service
7.0
The staff was friendly and helpful, especially one member who spoke great English. I found their service level surprising since I expected more tourists. However, the noise from the elevator at night was quite bothersome.
Location

The hotel's location was definitely the highlight. It's super central, close to all the main attractions, including the Zocalo. I loved being able to walk to shops, food, and beautiful cathedrals.
Dining
5.0
Dining options were a bit disappointing for the price. The breakfast mostly consisted of just fruit and toast, which didn't meet my expectations.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel had good facilities like valet parking and room service. However, I wished there were more coat hangers in the room, especially since I forgot to bring my own.

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Diana, which offered a spacious junior suite with two charming Juliette balconies. The location was perfect, just a five-minute walk to the Zócalo and other attractions. However, the open courtyard design led to some noise disturbances, especially during the evenings, which affected my overall relaxation.

Rooms

My junior suite was expansive and beautifully appointed, featuring two Juliette balconies. Although there was some noise from the courtyard, the large wooden doors helped block out the cold air and some sound.
Service

The staff were consistently friendly and accommodating. I appreciated their quick response when I called about the noise. However, I found the check-in time a bit limited, which seemed odd.

The hotel is situated in a fantastic part of Puebla, just a short walk from the main square and various restaurants and cafes. It made exploring the historic downtown incredibly easy.

The on-site café offered a fantastic breakfast, making mornings good. I didn't dine beyond breakfast, but I was pleased with the quality of what I had.

The facilities were well-maintained, featuring a lovely rooftop bar with stunning views. I loved the overall atmosphere of the hotel.

My stay at Hotel Diana in Puebla was a mixed experience. On one hand, the central location made it easy to explore nearby attractions and enjoy the local cuisine. However, I faced some challenges with noise levels and the check-in process, which could be improved.

Rooms
6.0
I stayed in a Standard Queen Room. It was clean, but I had noise issues because my room faced the interior courtyard. I could hear conversations from the restaurant during breakfast. The bed was huge and comfortable, which I appreciated.
Service
7.0
The staff was really welcoming, especially Jerardo at the front desk, who always checked in on me to ensure I had everything I needed. However, my check-in experience was frustrating due to a long wait with no staff available after 11pm.
Location

The hotel is in an excellent, central location, making it easy to walk to shops, restaurants, and cathedrals. It truly made my trip more enjoyable since everything was close by.
Dining

I found the breakfast offered was quite disappointing, consisting only of fruit and Melba toast, which started later than I needed due to my travel schedule. It would be nice to see more variety available.
Facilities

The hotel provided a good range of facilities, including room service and laundry options, though some amenities like the ability to charge devices could be improved.

My stay at Hotel Diana was quite enjoyable. The location was perfect, just a short stroll from the Zocalo, which made exploring the historic center easy. I loved the character of the colonial building and the spacious room with two Juliette balconies, though the occasional noise from the courtyard disrupted my sleep. Overall, I would rate my experience as solid.

While the on-site café had a fantastic breakfast, I found the restaurant offerings lacking—especially the coffee, which was instant and not worth the price.

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Diana in Puebla, with comfy beds and friendly staff making me feel welcome. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the main square and the beautiful cathedral. However, the dining experience was disappointing, especially since the breakfast was minimal with just coffee and fruit.
